The Role

To be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have an environmental science/geology/soils/engineer/hydrogeology qualification and you should have at least 10+ years’ experience as a Contaminated Land Consultant. 

You will be enthusiastic to undertake the following duties: 

• Initiate and contribute to the preparation of project fee proposals and tenders;
• Nurture and grow your network;
• Develop the network of the team;
• Provide both project management and technical expertise for Preliminary Site Investigations (PSI) and Detailed Site Investigations (DSI)/remediation project planning and implementation; and
• Inter and intra-state travel.

What You’ll Offer Us

• • Direct experience (10+ years) in contaminated land assessment and/or remediation;
  • Capacity to work across range of land and groundwater projects in varied settings (urban renewal, infrastructure, government, Defence, resources);
  • A working knowledge of NEPM 2013, NEMP 2.0, waste regulations, and have had experience to asbestos & hazardous materials assessments;
  • Great understanding of local markets and sectors;
  • Passionate about driving growth for the team;
  • Excellent verbal and written skills;
  • Safety focused;
  • Have an Australia manual Driver’s license; and
  • Permanent resident or citizen of Australia.
